LARTS Service levels:
1. Individual accounts:
a. 100 reports, up to 2 GB of downloaded reports
b. 250 reports, up to 5 GB of downloaded reports
c. 500 reports, up to 10 GB of downloaded reports
d. 1,000 reports, up to 20 GB of downloaded reports
2. Site licenses:
a. 10 accounts with 100 reports, up to 2 GB of downloads (1,000 reports/20 GB)
b. 25 accounts with 100 reports, up to 2 GB of downloads (2,500 reports/50 GB)
c. 50 accounts with 100 reports, up to 2 GB of downloads (5,000 reports/100 GB)
d. 100 accounts with 100 reports, up to 2 GB of downloads (10,000 reports/200 GB)
3. Custom licenses:
a. Negotiated individually: lots of small reports or few large reports; over 100 users

LARTS Pricing Policy
1. Site licenses include a fee for multiple account management/reporting
2. If over number of allowed reports, option to bump to higher level
3. If over download volume, billed for overage at $1.50 per 100MB
4. Unused reports/volume will roll over to next month (for maximum of one month)
